As a guest Lecturer Kathrine Cays, MPS, ATR-P, will discuss food culture, focusing on its role and collective habits, rituals, beliefs, and practices related to food production, procurement, and consumption. The session will delve into how food profoundly influences lifestyles and emotional well-being. Participants will compassionately and experientially explore the potential of sustainable consumption to support mitigating climate disruptions in Nature and will be invited to cultivate empowerment by addressing personal eco-responsibility as a way to mitigate climate anxiety.
